1. What this notice covers

This notice covers visits to this website. It does not cover our apps: each app has its own privacy policy, linked from the footer of every page.

2. What happens when you visit

When you open a page, your browser asks our server for it. Like any internet connection, the request carries your IP address, together with details your browser adds itself, such as its type and language and, sometimes, the address of the page you came from. Our server uses them only to send you the page you asked for. It keeps no log of visits: neither the web server nor the proxy in front of it records your IP address or the pages you open.

The website runs on our own server, hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany (EU). Our domain’s address book (DNS) is run by Cloudflare, which answers lookups for our address but does not carry the website’s pages.

3. What this website does not do

It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
It runs no analytics, advertising or tracking code.
It loads no scripts, fonts or images from anyone else: everything a page needs comes from this website.
It has no forms and no accounts.

4. Links to the App Store

If you follow a link to the App Store, your browser leaves this website for Apple’s and tells Apple the address of this website (not of the page you were on). What happens next is governed by Apple’s privacy policy.

5. If you write to us

If you email support@nexapps.co, our mailbox is hosted by Google (Google Workspace), and we use your address and your message only to answer you.

6. Your rights

Because this website keeps no record of your visit, there is nothing about a visit for us to find, correct or delete. For anything else, including an email you have sent us, write to support@nexapps.co. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

7. Changes to this notice

If this website ever starts measuring visits, we will update this notice before it does.
