The first nexapps app

Your week, in plain words.

Coming soon to the App Store

A two-minute daily journal — tap-based, no typing — becomes a weekly narrative you can read in a minute, and a report you can hand your doctor. Your daily entries are never stored on our servers.

How Midturn works

  1. Check in for two minutes a day.Tap your symptoms, sleep, cycle, and HRT — no typing, no free-text diary.
  2. Get a plain-language summary of your week.Log four days in a week and, with your consent, Midturn writes what changed, and when.
  3. Bring a report to your appointment.Once a month, Midturn compiles an Appointment Report from your logged entries.

Midturn’s summary is built from your own check-ins, in the same format every week, and says which days you didn’t log.

The app itself

App Store screenshot headed “See your week's pattern”: this week's pattern in the app's sample record, marked as sample data — pattern strength “clear” for October 14–20 — and its summary, labelled as written by AI from the week's check-ins.
App Store screenshot headed “Track symptoms in 2 minutes”: the daily check-in, with hot flashes rated 3 of 5, “Moderate”, and what that number means, and night sweats rated 2, “Mild”.
App Store screenshot headed “Bring your record to your doctor”: the Report tab, marked as sample data, with “Your report is ready” for August 12 to October 20, 2026, 60 of 70 days logged, and the button to share the PDF with your doctor.
App Store screenshot headed “Spot trends over 90 days”: Trends at 90 days, with hot flashes and headaches charted from August to October and the days of bleeding shaded.
App Store screenshot headed “Know your day at a glance”: Today in the app's sample record, with today's check-in, 6 of 7 days logged this week, the week strip, and seven-day averages for headache / migraine and sleep quality.

How your data is handled

  • Your check-ins are stored on your iPhone, not on our servers.
  • Only with your consent, a summary of your check-ins — with no name, no email and nothing you typed — passes through our server to Anthropic, our AI provider: weekly for your narrative, with that week’s check-ins day by day; monthly for your doctor report, statistics without the daily detail.
  • nexapps keeps no server-side copy of your check-ins or of the summary. The AI provider deletes the summary within 30 days — unless its automated safety systems flag the request, in which case it may keep it for up to two years — and never uses it to train models.
  • Midturn shows no ads and embeds no third-party trackers or advertising identifiers — there is nothing to track.

Questions

How much does it cost?
Midturn Pro starts with a 14-day free trial, then renews yearly or monthly at the price the App Store shows in your currency before you subscribe. For reference, in US dollars: US$39.99/year or US$6.99/month (≈ US$3.33/mo on the annual plan). Prices in USD are shown for reference only. Apple charges in the local currency of your own App Store storefront, at the price shown there — the in-app purchase screen and the App Store are authoritative for the exact price, currency, and trial you get.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime in your iPhone’s Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions. To avoid being charged when the trial ends, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
Does my symptom data leave my phone?
Your check-ins are stored on your iPhone, never on our servers. Midturn never puts them in iCloud either — though if you use iCloud Backup, your iPhone’s own backup may include them. Only with your consent, a summary of your check-ins — with no name, no email and nothing you typed — passes through our server: once a week for your narrative, with that week’s check-ins day by day, and once a month for your doctor report, with statistics but not the daily detail. Your pseudonymous summary is processed by Anthropic, our AI provider. Our server sends it on without your account identifier, and nexapps never stores it. The AI provider deletes the summary within 30 days — unless its automated safety systems flag the request, in which case it may keep it for up to two years — and never uses it to train models. It is never used for ads.
Is this medical advice?
No. Midturn is a wellness journal, not a medical device, and it does not offer medical advice. It surfaces and describes patterns for you to discuss with your clinician.
Does Midturn connect to Apple Health?
Not in this version. Midturn keeps its own check-ins on your iPhone and turns them into a weekly summary and a report for your doctor.
What happens when the trial ends?
When your 14-day trial ends, your subscription begins at the yearly or monthly price the App Store shows you, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can cancel anytime in your iPhone’s Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions.
